Meal Service at Roots of Faith

Roots of Faith in Sharpsburg is one of APC’s three Mission Partners. Prior to COVID, we were regular participants in their Neighborhood Table program. Every Thursday, various congregations serve a meal that is meant to gather neighbors from all walks of life for food and fellowship. They intend it to feel more like a casual restaurant than a “soup kitchen”—attendees are served at tables rather than lining up, and those of us who serve will join them for a meal when the food has been distributed.

Meals are served at 6:00 at 801 Main St. in Sharpsburg.
